Is that the 'Video Graphics Controller'?  What does that upgrade do and can I
still get it?  I took my machine in a year or two ago for the ROM 01 upgrade
but I haven't heard anything about the VGC upgrade.  Would that have been
done at the same time as my ROM 01 upgrade?
