I know that normally, people say you need 120ns DRAMS for memory expansions, but when hacking the OS, will 200ns EEPROMS work? I had also posted a question before about upgrading to 2.5 meg using a method of replacing 16 256K DRAMS with 16 1Meg DRAMS following a text file I saw posted about 1 year ago called "A Socketed 2.5 Meg Ram Upgrade" or something like that. Has anyone had experience with this upgrade path? -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | Capt Jeff Long longj@lonex.radc.af.mil | | Rome Air Development Center (315) 330-7751 | | Communications Networking Branch (DSN) 587-7751 |
