I have a .5 meg UNIX-PC 7300, I would like to upgrade it's memory.  I
can't seem to find any memory boards out there though.  I was
considering building a 2 meg board using 1 meg sips some decoding
logic, and a couple of latches.  Where would i get info on the 3
slots, like timing information, and where I could get the connectors.
