Message-ID: <2337.2713f720@zeus.unomaha.edu> Date: 11 Oct 90 10:37:52 GMT Lines: 20 Our student chapter of the ACM has a rapidly growing library of periodicals, books and other materials. As we continue to add materials to this library, we need to find a method to keep track of all of these materials -- one which also lets members enter in their name/etc. and check out materials and also catalogs the materials. Has anyone run across any programs like this that run either under VMS or ULTRIX? We've got a VAX 11/750 which is soon switching over to ULTRIX and an 11/730 which will be running VMS 5.3. I'd like to have a terminal left running a library program next to the stacks for people to check the materials out. Since budgetary matters are a primary consideration, I'm sort of forced to look for something in the public domain/shareware catagory.
