I think this is an excellent idea.   For example, I have heard that the
Prgrammers' Toolkit has a number of bugs and that these are described
on the BBS.   (The utilities themselves are said to be excellent, but
if a left or right cursor key is pressed, the 48 crashes and memory is
lost. This is in the flag catalog in the toolkit)
