Lines: 17 I've noticed that the prices of 386/33 systems are falling quite a bit (i.e., ALR's 386/33 for $1995.00). I have been working on finding all the parts to build an AMI Motherboard (not just BIOS) based system. But the price on the boards is running at about 1,500.00 for the Mark IV 386/33. Does anyone know if the prices of boards usually follows the reductinos in complete (board in a box) systems? In addition, I read the Intel expect 50% of their sales next year to be in the 486 market. --- Michael R.
