My Gateway 200 386SX is about 4 weeks old.  Delivery was about 10 days
late, BUT I was called or received WRITTEN notification as the situation
changed!  No problems with the system.  Do be prepared for 15 minute holds
calling the tech number ( I was told how long the holds were running and
they offered a callback ) and remember its an 800 number, so just relax
and wait on their dime.  .... .. Steve
