If you have questions about QB 4.0 or lower, you have to now call a 900 number; and if its a question on 4.5, they will only answer setup questions; any technical questions must go to the 900 number. The charge is $2 a minute. The reason they gave for the change, was they needed to free up the lines. This sounds like a farce to me, since if thats so, why not just add extra lines? I think this is a bad policy. It has certainly soured me toward buying any more Microsoft language products. From now on, I'll go with Borland. [Tim]
