So far, it's had the motherboard, power supply, and disk drive replaced. In all cases, Zeos did respond promptly, without hassle, when I finally got around to calling them, although recently (with the disk drive, which was a Seagate 277R0, which explains a lot) I had quite a bit of trouble actually getting through to the service department. Once I made the connection, they quickly sent me a new (277R1) disk drive, and it works fine now. I have a NEC MultiSync on the system, so I can't talk about their monitors. I do like the system, and right now my lovely wife is running Mach 2.5 on it (it used to run DOS and 386/ix 2.0.2 & X11R3.1). I don't use it anymore primarily because it's a 16 Mhz machine, and I have a 25Mhz Logix box. Overall, I like Zeos, and would buy from them again.
