The editor MUST be graphic-based, easy to use, have powerful editing & playback capabilities. The sampler software must store its samples in a documented file format, since I will need to convert sampled/edited files into another sound format ( CVSD ). Alternatly, does anyone have any information about a file format ( or sound encoding technique ) called CVSD ? CVSD is an antiquated sound format that stores sampled sounds as a bitstream , where each bit represents an increment/decrement on the preceding value. It also does some strange things in order to handle rapidly changing signals. ANY information will be appreciated ! Thanks in advance. >>> Luigi Martin <<< lm@marvin.jpl.oz.au
