Does anyone know of a freeware or shareware newsreader that is
a stand-alone application, rather than HyperCard-based?  Thanks to
the recent creation of over 100 (yes, one hundred) new newsgroups
on our school's NNTP server, the HyperCard text-field limit of
30,000 characters has been exceeded.  Right now I'm using the
university's own newsreader/poster, which works but is a pain in
the butt to use -- menu after menu after menu after... you get the
idea.

Can anyone help?  Please send email to drz@po.cwru.edu -- if there
is enough interest, I'll summarize to the net.
