I would like to get a cheap printer for my mac at home. I recall that the imagewriter is really someone else's printer (Panasonic??) in an apple box. What I would like to know is what other impact (not laser) printers people have used on their macs and what a less expensive alternative to the imagewriter would be. I would like it to support graphics, fonts, etc (i.e. imagewriter compatible/emulator) without inits or cdevs or other software modification (I can accept a non imagewriter driver if necessary.) Thanks for any help. Please respond by email to me and I'll summarize to the net if there is interest. Happy Mac'ing, John Swartz jcs@physics.phy.duke.edu -- John C.
