Subject: Pixel Paint II and TCPort

I boot up with a TCPort init for my network, and when I go to use Pixel
Paint II, it crashes...hard.  I have eliminated all other inits as 
possibilities.  TCPort is the culprit.

Does anyone know what the heck's happening?
