I've been trying to integrate multiple screen (i.e. bitmap) fonts (e.g. plain,
italic, bold, etc.) into one Font Family, but so far am at a loss to do so
correctly.  The Font DA/Mover (v3.8) copies only the plain fonts when I tell
it to copy all of them to another file (like the system file).

Does anyone out there have any experience with this?  I've got IM I-V and the
corresponding Tech Notes, and have read the appropriate stuff there.  I think
my main problem is how to coerce an existing FONT resource into a NFNT.  Is
there an easy way to do this?

E-mail would probably be best, then if and when I get it figured out I can
