ORA Electronics in Chatsworth, CA has this, as well as most any other 
configuration of cable or raw connectors you could imagine.  Prices are 
very reasonable ... they are the importers and US distributors for the 
things listed in their catalog, so the prices are "near wholesale".  

The line of cables and connectors they provide are the "Data-Spec" brand.  
You may have seen them in local stores or in other mail-order catalogs, as 
they are widely distributed.
