Can anyone give me the spec for a library such as used by Microsoft's
LIB?  I need to write a program that accesses the index of the library,
and trying to work out the layout from a hex dump sounds like
reinventing the wheel (and probably ending up with a square one).  If
anyone HAS any routines for accessing a library that would, of course,
be even better.
