I have a friend with a custom application program written for an old NCR Century computer running the B3 operating system. The application is written in a 3GL named NEAT3. It is an NCR proprietary language popular in the early 1970s. I am wondering if anyone is aware of any NEAT3 compiler/translator so that I can run the application on a more modern platform, such as an NCR Tower or other modern computer.
