This way you could buy a display-less Macintosh LC when they become available, slip it under your slab, connect its built-in video port to the DSP port and bring up the MacOS on a virtual, configurable screen built out of a NextStep window. You'd only be able cut and paste bitmaps from the Macintosh to the NeXT, but this seems simpler than full Mac emulation. And of course with a color NeXTstation, you could emulate a color Mac display. - Christopher -------
