It's available to both new machine and upgrade purchases from now until Dec 31, 90. You have to be willing to accept delivery of the machine by Dec 31 (if you can/could get it). If you want to buy a machine, but not accept it until next year sometime, no go. At least that's what the guy I talked to said. -k
