I am trying to build program called dviselect of the TeX 3.0 distribution.
This program requires the use of vfprintf and varargs.  As luck would have
it, these routines are not implemented on our system.  Could anyone point
me to or mail me public domain versions of these programs?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
