Does anyone have a LaTeX style which will put footnotes at the end of the chapter? Alternativly, medication which will cure someone of the effects of too many history books :-) If there is a style in the archives to do this, the name will do as I will grab it from Aston, I can't see anything, but some of the names are a little opaque.
