I have recently gotten TeXcad Ver. 2.7 from terminator.  However, I have
noticed one slight bug--I want to confirm this happens to others.

Footnote 1 on p. 3 of the manual (English version) says that "Ctrl-arrow
keys move the cursor in greater steps."  This works fines for me when
I use CTRL -->  and CTRL <--  (right and left arrows), but not for the
up and down arrows.  TeXcad (for me) ignores the CTRL-UP and CTRL-DOWN.

I have tried the program on several different machines, including True
Blues, and it always occurs.

I would have sent an inquiry to the author, but I couldn't find an
e-mail address anywhere in the manual.
