Before I go running off and re-invent the wheel, I'd like to ask the general unix programming community: are there relatively complete server-client communications packages based on TCP/IP sockets? The kind of thing I am looking for is a library with a simple user interface for allowing connections, disconnections and reconnections of clients from servers via sockets. Please send e-mail, and if there is any interest I'll post the results that I get. Thanks in advance... - Rob DeMillo | Internet: rjd@brown.cs.edu Brown University | Also Internet: demillo@juliet.ll.mit.edu Planetary Science Group | Reality: 401-273-0804 (home) "I say you *are* the Messiah, Lord!
