We have a DECstation 3100 running Ultrix 3.1.

We've configured the LAT host-initiated connections so that we can print
on our LAT printers (Apple Laserwriters, LN03s, LN03Rs).  Unfortunately,
I can't seem to get the accounting functions to work.  They never appear
to write anything to the file.  Here's what lprsetup(8) wrote out for
our first entry (doesn't do the accounting):
