DOS 4.xx partitions are different than of 3.xx versions.  I couldn't
get Xenix's fdisk (or boot: dos) to recognize it either.  Try using
DOS 3.3 (or 3.31), and keep your primary parition (PRI DOS is your
primary parition) under 32 meg.
