    I have uploaded WINFRACT.ZIP, a version of FractInt for Windows 3.0,
to cica.cica.indiana.edu.  It's in /pub/pc/win3/uploads right now, and
will be moved to the appropriate directory soon, I'm sure.  Enjoy, all.
