I've now been reminded *TWICE* by QPC Software that version 4.45 is an
internal, not-for-distribution release of WinQVT.  It has its bugs and
quirks and we've complained about them all.  However, it is not a
legitimate working copy and should be removed from your disks.

You can find WinQVT 4.36, the *LATEST OFFICIAL* release of WinQVT here
at cica.cica.indiana.edu [129.79.20.22] in the pub/win3/util
directory.  

The next official release of WinQVT will be version 4.50.
