Could somebody tell me the location of the application defaults
for VMS?  Also, what does VMS do to argv[0] (program name) in
XtInitialize (i.e. strip off the node::device:[directories], extension,
version, uppercase the result, ...).  I'd look in the manual, but
I don't have it...
