I'm not saying that's the best way but it is themost cost effective. My salary comes from the other program I'm running thus no salary for the director of Radio Reading, the readers are volunteers, and it all solved my bosses's problem of financing. Again I didn't say that's the best way but right now it is the only way for us. We have received our usual couple of grants that we depend on each year and I've been able to put money into sorely needed equipment. I think we will be able to go one more year that way the way thenew budget is shaping up.
