This way, you'd have no bleed over and the audio response would be about the same. Radio's would be cheaper to buy and people could even use scanners and portable rigs. I don't think the cost would be that high either. Dreaming, dreaming dreaming. Then, you'd not be tied to an FM station and forced to be on when they are on or to follow their rules and regs.
