Went apple picking recently and brought home no less than 36 
pounds of apples.  Very much in search of good apple recipes,
especially looking for a really good apple crisp (crumple, 
crunch, whatever).  I've tried two apple crisp recipes so
far (lots of apples to experiment with....) and so far don't
much like either.
