It's time again for all those wonderful recipes for pumpkin.  One recipe
I have not seen is for pumpkin butter.  I bought some last year at one
of our local farm stands, but this year they don't have any :-(

Does anyone out there have any idea how to make this stuff.  Pumpkin
butter tastes wonderful on toast and even spread on bagels with
cream cheese.
