well, I've got the pumpkin, and a pie dish.  how 'bout a recipe from the net?
are there any recipes for p.p. with crust on _top_ as well (a la apple pie) ??

also, is it possible to make a whole wheat pie crust?

are pies better made in glass or stainless dishes?

finally, is there a way to freeze or perserve pumpkin guts so I can have 
p.p. year-round?
