Well, you could try some non-vocal Mike Oldfield stuff e.g. "Tubular bells" 
Philip Glass' stuff is pretty good, also...
As for classical, there's Tschaikovsky, Prokofiev, Dvorak, Haydn...
They're not overly dramatic...
