I am looking for any software to assist in celestial navigation
tasks.  In particular, any electronic nautical almanacs and
sight-reduction tables would be welcome.  Also, any programs to
actually perform the reduction would be useful.  I could even use
some PostScript templates for worksheets, charts, etc.

Is any of this stuff available in public-domain form?
