Most of these servers are updated on a nightly batch basis with that day's stack. So given time differences, it is probably fair to say that all the servers are updated within 24 hours of the data leaving Los Alamos. In addition both EMBL's and GenBank's Quarterly Tape releases are phased so that each databank receives the other databank's release in time to incorporate the data in their next release.
