You can get C4 (a later version of ID3) from Prof Ross Quinlan.
(quinlan@cluster.cs.su.OZ.AU)  There is a small handling fee for it
(around $100).

He is pretty nice about answering questions on difficu
and my dataset performance varied considerably between training and test.
