   I am currently working on economic forcasting, and I am interested in
using neural net programs. Is there anyone within this newsgroup who is
aware of any public domain, or free, software available that might be of
use?
   More specifically, are there programs that can be set up to research
economic trends, such as stock market and GNP variations?
