I`d like to implement a prototype of this system using an expert system development tool which includes provisions for defining agents, partitioning knowledge, establishing communication, etc. Thusfar, I'm somwhat familiar with MACE and AGORA, and a few others. I'd like to hear from readers who have had experience with, or at least know something about, dai development tools. thanks.
