Send a message to mail-server@nisc.sri.com with the
following line in the message body:

Send netinfo/interest-groups

...and you should be returned the file in moderate
sized pieces.

Further information on the server itself is available:

...ought to return a cheerful set of commands.

Administrative note:
The list members are encouraged to attempt the
mail server. Announcement of the server will be
made in a public forum at a later date (cough).
