groff 0.6 is now available for ftp/uucp from
tut.cis.ohio-state.edu/osu-cis.

I have updated gtroff, gpic, geqn, and gtbl to incorporate all the
features of their counterparts in DWB 3.1 and Unix v10 (with the
execption that I have not completely implemented the limited eqn
output tuning features -- groff already provides much more extensive
mechanisms for this.)  There are some other significant improvements
as well.  They are all listed in the file README-0.6.
