WINFRA.ZIP      Fractint v1.0 for WIN3: Fractal generator

This is the first release of the FRACTINT for Windows 3 fractal
generator. It corresponds (roughly) to release 14.0 of FRACTINT
for DOS. The source code is not included with this release. It
will be included in a future version after it has been cleaned
up a bit.
