Subject: registerd/Makefile installs target in wrong directory

Description:
	Inetd(8) is looking for registerd in /usr/libexec but it's installed
	in /usr/sbin.
Repeat-By:
	Grep for registerd in /etc/inetd.conf.
Fix:
	Add the correct BINDIR definition.
