I bought a supra 2400 external modem a while back. It worked just fine 'till I moved and got a new phone. What happens now is that when somebody calls me, the phone hangs up after 2 rings. The modem isn't on auto answer. In fact, it's not even turned on, and niether is the computer. When I use the phone by itself, there isn't any problem. I figure that there is some sort of line-loss that the phone company interprets as the phone being picked up. What can I do? Jim Ertle
