Keywords: Zmodem, Qmodem 4.1b, 19200, 10MHz AT Message-ID: <1990Oct23.084005.12720@amd.com> Date: 23 Oct 90 08:40:05 GMT Sender: usenet@amd.com (NNTP Posting) Organization: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Lines: 17 I have tried everything... (that I could think of...) On downloads, I repeatedly get Bad CRC or subpacket length errors at 17408 bytes into the file and close multiples. I have modified the buffers, CTS during Write settings and anything else that I could think of... 17408 bytes... everytime. config: AST/Premium 286, 10MHz, Micropolis 28ms (70Mb) disk, TB+ 19200 baud modem talking to same, Qmodem 4.1b, 16550 UART FIFO enabled. Download buffer sizes tried: 8, 80 and 240 blocks. Error occurs even if I set serial line at 9600 with dataconn at 19200. Ideas? Explanaions? -- iNDRA | indra@amd.com or {ames apple uunet}!amd!indra | (Indra Singhal) (408) 749-5445; Advanced Micro Devices | MS 167; Box 3453; 901, Thompson Pl., Sunnyvale, CA 94088
