	Indra,
		Remember, the TELEBIT is a half-duplex (adaptive-duplex)
	modem in PEP mode.  If Qmodem is looking for ACKs to determine
	data integrity, this may be the cause of the problem.  The 16550s
	 in your system work well with RTS/CTS (hardware) flow control,
	but I would double check that you are runnign this way (S58=2)
	and that your software knows how to handle it.  Try setting
	S58=0 (no flow control) to see if this may be the problem.
	Also, try S50=3 to do a V.22bis (2400-full-duplex) file transfer
	to see if this is the problem.  Good Luck!
