Lines: 22 Digital Signal Processing agorithms required !! If anyone can supply the folowing information I would be 'terminal'ly grateful. I need software to compress audio speech to a digital format at a compression of around 4:1 - say 20 Kbits/second or better. Ideally I would like the algorithms necessary, but the code or the software would serve the purpose. Public domain code would be preferable, to avoid licencing - but information on existing commercial software would also be useful. I'm acting as a middle man for someone else so apologies for any potential vagueness. Thanks in advance. -------------------------------------------------------- Roger Attrill - ra2@doc.ic.ac.uk - Imperial college -------------------------------------------------------- I don't usually think - therefore I'm not necessarily !
