I will be finishing my M.S. soon, and I am looking for appropriate
Universities for Ph.D. programs. Are there any CS/CSE/EECS departments
with faculty members who are interested in research in Actor systems
(proposed by Carl Hewitt and amplified by Gul Agha). I am particularly
interested in schools **other than the ones in top league** like UIUC
(Gul Agha), MIT (Hewitt), and Caltech.
