Actually, Bitstream does have a Times-Roman style Cyrillic font, but
for some reason have chosen not to retail it. It is available to 
resellers, and the price I have heard quoted is astronomical.

Urban Applied Science in Newark, NJ (uunet!urban!support) sells a
package called "Leverage", which is a DWB/JetRoff publishing system,
and they offer a Russian version with Bitstream fonts in *.pk format
bitmaps. They might be able to tell you how they got the fonts from
Bitstream, and how much it cost.
