The latest version of VUIMAGE(tm) - Version 2.62, lists support for the
the following VESA video modes:

    640x400x256    640x480x256   800x600x256   1024x768x256   1280x1024x256
    800x600x16    1024x768x16    1280x1024x16 

Don't know if it supports OEM modes.  VESA BIOS support is available
for ATI, Video-7, Genoa, Everex and other SuperVGA cards.

It also supports printing of images to dotmatrix/laserjet - prints the
full image scaled to the size that the user specifies using one of four
dither options.  The program is available as VUIMG262.ZIP on most BBSes.
It's available on Detroit Download Central (313-885-3956), and hence,
presumably on SIMTEL.
